They didn't notify me that the product (outside wall lantern) I ordered was out of stock until AFTER they delivered the bulbs...which are unique, useless in anything else, and an extra cost!

We went in on the internet looking for floor lamps. When we saw the Lamps Plus page, that was all we needed. We have purchased lamps at your store in the Phoenix area in the past, this time it was so much easier. We could revisit your web page any time, with no driving! Every thing went thru like clock work. We really enjoy the features and beauty of your lamps.

We have bought several items from Lamps Plus over the last two years (building a new house) and have had very little in the way of problems. We did have to return a couple of fixtures that did not work out, and that was a fairly easy process as well, it just seemed that it took a while for our credits to show up on the credit card. Overall I would say Lamps Plus has got internet shopping right for their customers.
