I found a picture of what I was looking for on your site, and ordered it via computer. The contractor has not hung it yet, but it appears to be in good condition. The purchase seems to have gone off without a hitch. I am excited to see the product in my kitchen. Thank you.

I'm always impressed with the quality of the merchandise I buy from Lamps Plus--so much better than I find in our local stores. I'm also impressed with the packaging of every item I've received--never a problem with shipping damage. I've recommended this company to several friends because of the selection and quality of their merchandise, timely receipt of purchases, and excellent packaging for shipping.

One of the lamps had flaws and we contacted Lamps Plus for a replacement. The pick up occurred and we are waiting for the replacement to arrive. The other lamps and area rug are beautiful editions to our home and we would definitely check out Lamps Plus for future purchases.

I placed the order for a ceramic bowl, however it must have been out of stock because they did not ship it for 2 weeks,although they did not charge my credit card until they shipped the order. I feel they could have updated me on the status of the order. When my package arrived it was broken, however I do not blame Lamps Plus for this the package was insulated excellently. I blame FED-EX. The way my order was packed it must have been dropped in order to break my ceramic bowl. I am still waiting for a replacement.

I'm impressed with the great selection, service, and quality. The ceiling fan was installed and the workman commented on the quality of the product. It's extremely quiet and well balanced.

I was very disappointed in the quality and size of the lamps I purchased. I am hesitant to order from this retailer again online. When I have time, I will give the lamps to "charity" and use them as a tax write-off for a charitable donation. They were worthless to me.
The only reason I didn't return them is that I no longer had the boxes and did not feel up to packing or shipping them back or hasseling over a refund!!! I HATE the lamps!!!
