This is our third large order from Lamps Plus. I liked that they offer free shipping on the fixtures I need. And the quality of the fixtures impressed our contractor.

This purchase went through store, and still have not received complete shipment. Personal at store indicated to stop by and they would have paperwork on hand to track order, vs. internet they do not... stopped by and unable to assist me with my order unless had paperwork. So far internet purchase seems to have better service and tracking
