I order 4 lamps. One came smashed and the others perfect. When I contacted Lamps Plus I was told that I could email photos of the smashed lamp instead of mailing it back. That was a wonderful solution for me. I sent the photos and the new lamp came in perfect condition. All in all a very good experience.

had a good selection of what I was looking for although what I ordered was not the color specified on there website was completely different.
I would doubt ordering from them again based on not knowing what is pictured is what I will get. The lamps I ordered has not yet been changed to reflect what they are really selling.

Bought a chain cover for a hanging cieling light. It looked good and sounded good on the web page; so I ordered it.
In person the chain cover looks bad. Poor quility material. Fits poorly over the chain.
