I found a picture of what I was looking for on your site, and ordered it via computer. The contractor has not hung it yet, but it appears to be in good condition. The purchase seems to have gone off without a hitch. I am excited to see the product in my kitchen. Thank you.

The palm tree arrived with it cracked where it had to be put together...which made it crack even more because it did not exactly GO together like it should. A string of lights were also damaged with pieces broken and we had to tape it together with electrical tape to make it work.

The selection of wall lights was excellant, the ordering process easy and the packages arrived well packed and on time. Email notification of shipment/tracking information was consise and timely. My shopping experience was most satisfactory. I plan to return to Lamps Plus to find ceiling fans for our house. Thanks very much for excellant customer service and the fine quality of the products.

I love the lamps I bought. One of the lamp shades was bent a bit and one of the pieces of Tiffany glass had a small crack in it. But all in all, I really love my lamps.

Ordered two ceiling fixtures for kitchen; one was wrong finish. Call to Lamps Plus resulted in prompt action and correct fixture came in a timely manner.

The same lamps were available for less at the local store. There was no notification of the item being shipped. And a week after I paid full price (plus additional online), the products went on sale. Because I had no "invoice" or "notice of order shipped" I could neither return the item or get an adjustment even though the advertised a "price guarantee." Would not buy online again as I spent more than I needed to, took longer than just driving down locally and picking it up.

I had talked with customer service a couple of times in the past requesting that Pink lampshades be made available and I am thrilled that they did appear on the website. I still need one in a larger Bell shape. I have the feeling that as people are urged to use CF bulbs they will be more interested in Pink lampshades to improve the quality of that dismal greygreen light. Thank you for all of your help.
