Purchase was a gift to a daughter and shipped to her address. We were required to phone and confirm billing and shipping addresses since they were different. A little bit of a pain, but I commend the merchant for its caution and feel very secure shopping with Lamps Plus. There are times when some items are shipped free - I'd be happier if it were every time. Prices are reasonable and the selection is good.

I ordered what is becoming increasingly hard to find - a clip-on lamp shade and could not be happier with my purchase. The quality exceeded my expectations and could have not been a more perfect fit for the problem ceiling fixture I had to deal with.
