I had a very good experience. I never shopped for lamp shades online before, but I was very satisfied with the speed of shipment and the condition of the lamp shades when delivered. The quality of the merchandise was very good as well.

I found a picture of what I was looking for on your site, and ordered it via computer. The contractor has not hung it yet, but it appears to be in good condition. The purchase seems to have gone off without a hitch. I am excited to see the product in my kitchen. Thank you.

Purchase was a gift to a daughter and shipped to her address. We were required to phone and confirm billing and shipping addresses since they were different. A little bit of a pain, but I commend the merchant for its caution and feel very secure shopping with Lamps Plus. There are times when some items are shipped free - I'd be happier if it were every time. Prices are reasonable and the selection is good.

I had talked with customer service a couple of times in the past requesting that Pink lampshades be made available and I am thrilled that they did appear on the website. I still need one in a larger Bell shape. I have the feeling that as people are urged to use CF bulbs they will be more interested in Pink lampshades to improve the quality of that dismal greygreen light. Thank you for all of your help.

There was a major error in the shippment. I got the wrong products, totally not what I had ordered. Ordered wall lamps, got a HUGE chanelier. However, i was ordering early, and this error will not affect my construction schedule. They were VERY good on customer service followup once the error was identified.
My impression of Lamps Plus is that they are not entirely comfortable with internet e-commerce. Their website has some major flaws in it and is difficult to navigate around (though the ability to create different portfolios for different projects was very nice). I had to use a phone sales consultant for all of the orders I placed, as the website didn't provide all the information i needed. On balance though, I will use Lamps Plus again assuming that I eventually get all the products I ordered and they arrive in good condition.
