Something went really wrong with these folks. I used them for a couple years and received promo emails for discounts frequently. I placed my order in late Sept, received the order confirm. Weeks later I called because I hadn't received them, their website didn't show a ship date and I received no email status from them. When I called they said they didn't know what the hold up was but that I'd get an email with follow up the next day. Nope. I emailed them asking that I get express mail when they were shipped at no cost to me, and to bump my savings from 10% to the 15% I had received that week via email... I never received a response. Another two weeks went by and I called to cancel my order. I received kind service, and when I said I wanted to make a complaint as well as cancel my order she said she agreed that the situation was unacceptable. She still had no excuse to give me such as they were out of stock or what the hold-up was.

I order contact lenses on May 17. My credit card was the same day, even though the order was not filled at that time. On May 27, I called to check on the status of my order. After numerous busy signals, I finally reached someone. The person told me that my contacts were on back order and would be shipped priority at no extra charge. It's now June 2, and I still haven't received my order. Now, I'm unable to contact Lensworld by phone (line is busy); and I get no response from emails or messages left on their web site. I'm now hoping my credit card company can help me get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

The Lensworld website was easy to navigate and order from. They had no problem charging my credit card the very day the order was placed; however, they did not send my contacts or inform me that there would be a delay. After two weeks of waiting, I e-mailed their customer service. They did not reply to that or any of the several other e-mails I sent. When I called their phone number, it was just incessantly busy, every day. After a month, I disputed the charge on my credit card and got my money back, still NEVER hearing back from Lensworld. After a few MORE weeks, the contacts came and I refused delivery.
I called another online contact lens store on a Tuesday, faxed my prescription, and had my contacts by Saturday!
I would NEVER do business with Lensworld again!
