I was a little skeptical since their prices were so low compared to everyone else. Usually when it comes to electronics, you do get what you paid for. But I figured since they offered a 30-day money back, I had nothing to lose. I went ahead and ordered my HP battery from them and now my laptop's running like new again.

I have recently purchased 2 Dell 07W104 AC Adapters from this company. when they arrived i found out that they were a off part. I contacted level 8 technologies who informed me that i had not read the disclaimer all the way at the bottom of the screen that stated this is a non OEM part. I have not used them yet and when I asked about returning them and telling them that they were misleading on there website I was told that there is a 15% restocking fee and i will pay shipping on the parts back. i don't know about anyone else but when i see Dell in the part name I expect it to be a Dell part. The cost for there non OEM part is the same price as the real deal too.

I bought a DELL laptop battery and it was fake. I only use it for two or three month and the I had to use my previous old battery. I will never by anything form them. This is the battery I bought DL-D600-302     1     Dell C1295 Battery - Dell C1295 Laptop Battery and my invoice was   25662. The battery was cheaper but fake.Not at all satisfied.

Laptop Battery came on time and in great condition. Also had good price. I would definitely use this company again.

This company was a delight to deal with. I ordered 20 batteries and 10 chargers. 2 of the batteries were dead on arrival. Not only did they send 2 new ones with a UPS label to return the old, they had tested them and charged them. I would definitely deal with them again.
