Internet ordering was easy. I selected in-store pickup and expected to be notified in a day or two that the item was ready for pickup. Instead, I received an email within two hours of placing the order stating that the item was ready.

I ordered and paid online and picked up at local store to save on shipping. Item was available at store within 2 days. Item was exactly as shown on web site.
