Lets see. Where to begin. Placed an order on a "in stock" item via the telephone at a sale price. About a week later I was left a message because they failed to ask what metal finish was wanted. Another two to three weeks later I called to follow up, only to find out that they lost my payment information in a power outage. I reorder this "in stock" item and they actually granted me the previous monthes sale price. I actually get an email confirmation this time. Two weeks later I called to following up on this "in stock" item. They tell me that they do not have it in stock, and cannot get it anymore. Yet I was told that is was in stock both times I submitted payment information.
Summary: -They did not deliver -They did not gather necessary order information to place first order -While they did leave a message regarding finish and lost payment information, the bottom line is they lied about their inventory. I do not tolerate lying. That puts their customer service at the lowest. -Overall I was completely dissatisfied
I would shop here again simply for the service. I ordered a grill and it was delayed , they emailed me right away to let me know so I could choose another one. I needed some parts to fit the cut outs and one of the techs helped me pick out the right side burner for the opening and also matched a door that I needed. They were very helpful and gave very candid information regarding the brands and when I can expect delivery . I had tried ordering the same stuff from another retailer and was disappointed to learn that nothing was in stock , but Living Comforts certainly did not beat about the bush and let me know right away they were not available and suggested options that were similar.
I got all the specs emailed to me which helped in me descidig what I could use where and then I called several times with questions and concerns and got to talk to a customer service rep each time vs getting a voice mail .
Finally got everything I wanted with some help and am happy to write them a good review here they certainly earned it.

I ordered gazebo that my wife and I both liked online at LivingComforts.com. It was the DC Toscana Gazebo. We ordered it on a Monday after looking it over the weekend before and they quickly shipped it in 2 days. We received the Gazebo by the Monday after and we couldn't be happier. We now have our very own outdoor private room for our kids, family and friends to enjoy. This gazebo is well worth it and it made a beautiful addition to our backyard space. I have bolted this down on the wood deck that we have and it looks great. This gazebo also has a privacy screen so we can have a private party and make sure that it stays private. I will recommend this gazebo and LivingComforts.com to anyone.
I placed an order with this company, and paid for it using paypal. It is now four weeks later, and still no product delivery, and no e-mails or phone calls to explain why the delay.
I would say that this company's cutomer service is horrible, but that comment I feel is far too complimentary.
I would rather sit in a room and listen to the rantings of my X wife and her lawyer, than to do business with living comforts again.

Worst online shopping experience ever. I have not received my couch and they refuse to give me a refund and it has been over two months. They made up many lies on why my couch was not delivered: it was stolen, it was defective, it is not in stock, and then could not look for it while they did their year-end inventory. Every time I call customer service, they first say they will call me back, which they never have done. Then they send me the same tracking information they sent me originally, which does not provide any information because UPS has no record of them sending the couch.

It's been nearly 4 weeks and I still have not recieved my item. They said they have emailed me with udpates but I have gotten nothing in my inbox. Their customer service number is no help, as they always have to call the "warehouse" and get back to you, but yet they never do. Requesting a refund.

This seller is terrible. They can't figure out what they shipped or when. The customer service is rude and incompetent and the inventory is unreliable. Prices are good, but you don't even get what you pay for. Ordered 3 lights that were in stock. 3 weeks later we got 1 and the whole ordered was marked shipped and delivered. After a bunch of phone calls and emails- they had no idea what got shipped. We negotiated for almost 2 more weeks on a replacement order and that took 1 week to ship. I just got confirmation that my original order shipped again in its entirety, but a phone call to them discovered that was not true and again they did not know what was shipped or charged. Bizrate has 2500 reviews of this seller and they almosy unanimously warn against using this seller.
I ordered a nice TEC grill from LivingComforts.com and I was hesitating since their reviews for not so positive. To my surprise, they processed and shipped out my order in 2 days and I had it 3 days later. The grill if a great one and I am really glad I used Living Comforts. They even helped me get accessories that were not listed online. Thanks for your help.

I recently purchased a Cal Flame Grill from LivingComforts.com and it was one of the best experience I have had with any online purchase, especially a large purchase like I did. They notified me of the delay on some products and also suggested alternatives at very low prices.
Pros: - great pricing - great phone support - large selection
Con: - delay in getting some products from the manufacturer.

Outstanding service and delivered as promised. Got my Triple burner buffet set for the party on time and the party was a great hit. Everyone wanted the one I got from Livingcomforts.com. Terrible experience. I ordered a present for my son's birthday but didn't hear anything for 3 weeks. I finally called and was told that the item was on 5-6 weeks backorder. I requested to cancel the order but never received a cancellation email. I would not shop here again.
Got a great present for my daughter from LivingComforts.com and I didn't leave the house for it. Living Comforts shipped the toy for my daughter directly to me for free. They also shipped out the toy faster than what they had promised. The toy made my daughter happy so that made me happy. Thank you for your fast and prompt service. I will me coming back for more toys for my daughter.

Website doesn't give adequate product descriptions. Doesn't accept a foreign address for billing, but you don't discover that until you're finalizing the checkout process. Very long shipping delay. Snotty response to email inquiry. Read more
