Got a good deal on the price of a Ricard Beverly Hills garment bag, and it was promptly shipped for FREE. I received an email confirmation for my initial order and another confirmation when the item had shipped with a tracking number.
Whenever I need to purchase luggage again, LuggageGuru.com will definitely be at the top of my list!

Was contacted over a week later saying the bag was not available in the color desired and they could provide a different color. When I said I would wait for the color it now seems as though they will not get that color.
I am not sure who's problem it was, but disappointing to search and find it only to not be able to get it.

I had to return a suitcase that I had bought 10 months ago. The service was excellent, and the LuggageGuru warranty is terrific! There was a bit of trouble with placing my order online, but everything was made right by the very helpful staff.

They could not process my credit card. The credit card company said they had received no inquiries, or attempts to process a payment from Luggageguru, or their agent Paypal. I subsequently ordered the same product from another firm, used the same credit card, and received the product within 4 days.
