worried: I got an email saying "thanks for your order', $94.49 on Nov 6. I had placed no order! My credit card company confirms the amount was charged. I have written daily emails all this week, and the phone number only reached the veripayment people (not mac-pharma-network themselves) I have had no reply, and I think $94 was just taken using my credit card. WATCH OUT!!!!

I had to put "never showed' as if I had ordered, in the question page, but I never ordered anything, just got charged out of the clear blue sky.

SHIPPING VIA PAKISTAN DELAYED DELIVERY. PACKAGE WAS SOMEWHAT SCRUNCHED BUT PRODUCT ITSELF WAS UNDAMAGED. DELIVERY CHARGE WAS ALMOST AS MUCH AS PRODUCT - SEEMED RATHER HIGH. ALL IN ALL WILL PROBABLY USE THEM IN THE FUTURE. THANK YOU.

I was infomred by Mathew Stephens that they were unable to source my oreder. I have wrote and asked for an explainaiton if Mac0-pharma is still in business or what the problem was. I will ask again, should I attemtp to reorder? or has some legallity held up the proecssing, which I am unaware of. This is the first order I have had refused. This is my second time buying from this merchant. The first time everything was perfect. This time, due to a change in the law, I did not receive my medications. I contacted the merchant and they were very friendly and they refunded my money right away. I purchased my medication the first time because they were cheaper than my local pharmacy. I was so impressed with their service, I made a second order a month or so later. That's when the law changed or they weren't able to transfer my old prescription because it was in another country or something. Furthermore, my doctor has since changed my prescription so I really didn't need the second order. I haven't visited the site recently, however, whatever products they are still selling I would highly recommend. It takes a little while to get your order by mail but it's worth it and their customer service is EXCELLENT!!!

Very good: correct questions to answer, immediate answer by Mac Pharma on my order, followed by very correct e-mails ("received your order", "will be sent", "is sent now" etcetera) and the note that it would take up to 2 weeks to receive the product. That is nice, because you know what you can expect. In the end, the product was delivered earlier than I expected. Thank you very much, I will be shopping at Mac Pharma again next time!

I Would like to note that the time needed to receive my order was very difficult to predict(distanct, local mail and customs etc). For Example, I use one on-line pharmacy to purchase Ritalin. All packages come from Pakistan. The fastest delivery was eight days. The last delivery took 22. Unfortunately, Mac has not had this medication, or any other meds in this class available (I receive a monthly note for Adderall, but there are several times I miss my appointment). So Mac has served me well, perhaps the best, for supplementing my pharmaceutical needs I also must note that MAC Pharma Network has consistently offered the best prices compared to any on-line competitor.

Quite a while after I had paid for the order, I was notified they could not "source" my order. No other information was given. Refund was given in a timely fashion. No offer to get some of the order, no explanation, no request to shop again.

I have yet to receive my order from Mac Pharma for $92.39 (Transaction ID 9388_10-21-06_20:42:36_0 dated October 21st, 2006). I was going to wait until this coming Thursday before contacting Mac Pharma, but since you contacted me on this survey I would like to request either you get my order to me, or please give me a refund for the above amount. Internet site very good and I filled in the first survey accordingly. I always give credit where it is deserved which is why I took the trouble to fill out your first survey. However, the product arrived in dirty, old packaging from Pakistan, with part of the sell by date on both packs inked out so that it was illegible. It looked as if it had been on a shelf for years and was so bad that I would not trust that the tablets were any good. In short, I wasted my money and for the first time ever have had a bad experience with my internet shopping.
