Okay, first I'll say that we love the AFG crib. It is excellent quality and very solid. Fortunately, our baby was a week late, or she would have been sleeping on the floor.
We ordered nearly two months before the birth of our baby girl. Then the product was delayed and delayed again. Emails from MiniTots promised it would come "next week," but then when it didn't show, it would be promised the "next week."
So when it fiinally arrives it is in unsuitable packaging -- and broken. FedEx ground dropped the mangled box on our porch and sped away. Fortunately, MiniTots quickly sent a replacement part and, as I mentioned, our baby was a week late.
So all's well that ends well? Uhm, I was stressed out for several weeks, so not really. Not gonna buy from MiniTots again. The stress and headaches aren't worth the $20 savings.

Ugh. Where to begin? It's clear they say they have items that are in stock when they are not. I ordered my item over three weeks ago and it has yet to appear. They claimed it shipped 3 days after my order. Only after badgering them through several phone calls did they finally give me a tracking number for the item. It turned out to be invalid with UPS. They then assured me that it would turn up when it was scanned. They also admitted that it hadn't shipped when they said it had. I am still waiting, and they give me the run around when I ask to cancel, assuring me it has shipped, but mysteriously they still cannot contact the manufacturer or verify the tracking number. Run, run away from this retailer.

I purchased a stroller from Mini Tots and could not have been happier with the purchase. Shipping was even faster than it was supposed to be and stroller was packaged well. They sent emails confirming my order, and then sent a tracking number once it was shipped. I wouldn't hesitate to shop from Mini Tots in the future. Their prices were very comparable to other retailers and shipping was very low.

I have to agree with other writer on their customer service.
When I had missing hardware on my crib purchases and call and e-mail them to request on replacement of hardware, I had extremely hard time to get in touch with them. They never reply to my numerous E-mails, never return my voice messages, and seldom picks up the phone.
When I was finally able to get in touch with them, they promise updates by phone & e-mail, which they never follow up.
I am still waiting them to resolve the problem and getting mad on their no response policy.
I am extremely frustrated with their irresponsibility & have to say I will never ever purchase from them.
