i bought 4 subscriptions and have been SCAMMED they took my money and i have not seen any magazines in 7 months the customer service is a joke and they hung up on me twice when i asked for a manager.

I ordered Alaska magazine back in November from mags for less and never received it. Their customer service really doesn't exist at all. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and also contacted the magazine company to let them know but have received no help. You can reach mags for less answering service at 1-800-435-1064. I will call everyday until I get a refund and or my magazine.

Complete fraud, run by thieves

I placed an order, then 12 weeks later I checked with the magazines to see if they had received my information. They never did. Magsforless simply never placed the order. They have my money, however. They also have a bogus refund-request system. Did I get my refund? No. Someone should put them out of business and seize their assets to give refunds to anyone who gave them money.

Notice the seller has spammed 7 glowing reviews over a period of a couple of days. Real customers are getting scammed. The hope is that if you wait long enough, it will be too late for you to dispute the charge with your credit card issuer. If you have already purchased, issue a dispute now. Don't wait!

BBB & NY State Attorney General helped against Magsforless

I ordered just one magazine subscription and waited 3 months with still no magazine. I sent multiple emails to Magsforless.com with not even one reply from them. Even though their web site stated quality assurance, nothing was backed up with action but inaction.
I sent complaints to the Better Business Bureau and to the State of New York Office of Attorney General. Both of these bureaus contacted Magsforless about my complaint did I finally got my refund.
If nothing works for you trying to contact Magsforless, do what I did and you'll get satisfaction.

Total scammers!! Complain to the BBB, let's get this crook!

Subscribed in October, never received my subscription. After many, many e-mails, got a couple of lame excuses and promises to "personally refund my money", but never happened. Checked the Better Business Bureau and found them to have an unsatisfactory complaint record (over 400 and counting). Currently have a complaint with the BBB open, but no refund.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If you're one of the people who got ripped-off, FILE A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB! Also, write to Amazon.com and complain there, too (MagsForLess uses Amazon as a sales portal).
Enough is enough!

Total fraud. I ordered my subscriptions in Oct 06, after months of going back and forth, promises which now I realize were stall tactics... no magazines, no refund.... Discover won't refund my money now that it is past the acceptable claim period. BBB NY should shut these people down.

I ordered several magazine subscriptions on 12 May 06 from this company. They debited my account for $40.92. I have received nothing from them by 15 August 06, no replies to my requests for an explanation or reimbursement. I would be highly sceptical of their so called customer service, and would never give out my bank details to this bunch of fraudsters.

I bought a subscription and waited the requested 6 to 8 weeks to get my magazines.
They never appeared. I called and couldn't reach an actual person. I contacted them
by email, and I was told that there was no record of my purchase. They had no
trouble charging my credit card, however. Unfortunately, the credit card was useless
because 90 days had elapsed since my purchase. I never got my subscription or my
money back. I informed the Better Business Bureau. If you deal with these people, be
prepared to stay on top of them and your credit card company.
