This company is a total RIPOFF. After ordering a subscription on July 12, I have not received even a reply to my emails. their customer service is nonexistent!! The best you can do is try to get a refund on your credit card! Why are they allowed to continue this ripoff -- can't someone remove this site and stop this stealing??

Not happy at all.

Placed a order on May 30th for a renewal of TV Guide and renewal of People, both weekly and both were about to expire.
TV Guide never missed a beat. I'm still waiting for People Mag to be delivered. It has been 45 days, I've emailed and left voice mail (they never answer the phone) magsforless.com several times and have not heard anything.
On their website they mention that it can take 12 weeks for a order to process and a mag mailed to you. Maybe for something that comes out quartely but not weekly!

I had the same unfortunate experience, where I placed my order in Jun 2006, paid with my credit card, and since Oct 2006 (it's now mid Nov), I've tried contacting them via their customer service website (since no other way to contact) 3 times to ask for their help as I still had not received any of the 3 subscriptions I bought through them... no response whatsoever...
I'm hoping that one day I will get some magazines, but I'm guessing that I've been completely snookered out of my money...

THIS IS A SHADY OUTFIT, A BUNCH OF CRIMINALS. THE DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS OR PHONE CALLS.
I WAS STUPID ENOUGH TO PAY USING PAYPAL; THE WAIT PERIOD THEY SUGGEST GOES BEYOND PAYPAL PROTECTION PERIOD... AT LEAST A CREDIT CARD WOULD HAVE PROTECTED ME A BIT.

The worst customer service I've ever experienced - AVOID

I ordered Runner's World magazine May 1, 2006. It's now November 3, 2006 and still no magazine. Their e-mail responses to my order status inquiries are slow and canned.
This so-called business is slow, inaccurate in processing orders, no-service customer service, and I'm totally dissatisfied with these rip-off artists.

Magsforless is a ripoff! Don't say we didn't warn you.

BEWARE: I was cheated by Magsforless! They took my money and a year later I have never gotten anything, not even a response to my many emails.
You can choose to ignore my warning if you wish, but don't say you were not warned by someone before throwing your money away.
Do yourself a favor and just flush that money down your toilet right now. Sure you'll still lose your money that way, but it'll save you the frustration of being 100% ignored by Magsforless horrible customer service.
Actually, to call it customer service is a falsehood, since that implies a product was exchanged for my money.
Better yet, Give that money to charity rather than the toilet (AKA: Magsforless). At least you'll feel better afterwards!

They took my order for a renewal for PC Magazine, charged my credit card, and never processed the order. Their online "customer service" was worthless and I had to get a credit from my credit card company. Avoid MagsForLess.

Website seems to be legit, but never came through with my orders. I placed initial order early August. Confirmed promptly. Every attempt to contact has been left unanswered properly. They have not picked up their phone calls and only I have only gotten an automatic form email which does not answer my query. I called the magazines directly and have been told they do not have any record of my subscription order. Avoid and save yourself some headaches and lost money.

Rip-off and fraud

I WAS RIPPED OFF! I ordered 10 magazines in 4 orders. Out of those orders, only 1 magazine was received. I have tried to call and email them multiple times with no responses. These magazines were Christmas presents for my daughters and they are heartbroken! I have heard of on-line fraud, but this is my first time being robbed! I am a single parent and I worked hard to put that money away to get my girls what they wanted. I don't have the money to replace the magazine orders till next year. You can be sure I won't trust ordering anything on-line again!
Do yourself a BIG favor and avoid this so-called company like the plague!

I ordered a magazine from this company five months ago and have never received it. I have received no reply to several emails I've sent informing "customer support" that the magazine has not arrived, and repeated calls to the phone number that appeared on my credit card bill were met with the message "mailbox is full." I bet it is! My credit card company was kind enough to remove the payment from my account even though I informed them about this fraudulent company long after the 60-day limit for reporting improper charges. I haven't lost any money from this experience, but I have lost my faith in online magazine subscription sellers.

I ordered Cooking Light last winter and all went fine. Then I ordered four more magazines in August and , although my credit card was charged, the magazines have never arrived. This is a total scam and I wish I had reviewed epinions before wasting my money, I intend to report them for mail fraud.

Don't use this company. Their prices seem absolutely fine, but there is a catch: they don't deliver. The arrival times for the magazines are so long (5 to 10 weeks for monthly subscriptions), that once you start reminding them for missing delivery, the time in which you can dispute your credit card transaction has been exceeded. Result: no magazine and no way to get your money back. Try the customer service by e-mail or via their web-site: absolutely no response. Phone-number: none on their website - on the credit card (and via BBB) you can find it, but all you get is a full voice mailbox! Voila: nothing you can do except wave goodbye to your money. If you intend buying, please read their reviews in BBB and see for yourself - unfortunately I didn't, but this experience makes me do that next time before buying cheap stuff on the net!

COMPLETE SCAM. Ordered 64.00 in magazines on Nov 4. It is now Feb 14 and no mags have arrived. I have emailed numerous times with no response, filed a complaint with google, and google was also unable to recieve a response. Have filed a claim with the FTC. Do not even think about ordering anything from this company. I, like most of the other writers here, have gotten a mailbox is full message. I ordered my mag on 7/24/2006 and they said that the estimated delivery date would be between 10/02/2006 and 10/30/2006. It is now 11/16/2006.
Please take this to heart: BUYER BEWARE!!!
Good thing I spent under $12.00 with this company.
I am gravely disappointed in this supposed wonderful company. A big BEWARE on this one!!
