I ordered my flat screen from them. Took about 2 days to come in. It came brand new with warranty. I had no problems with shipping. Didnt even need to call. I just place my order online waited two days and my tv arrived. No hassles no problems. Will be using them again.

Item was received in two days. I compared the prices with different suppliers and chose the best price. I ordered ground delivery. They even gave me a 4gb memory card stand and case included in my package for free. What can I say! It went all great for me.

Well I just have to say that after reading all the horror stories you guys scared the pants off of me. I was almost ready to cancel. I received my new digital camera the next day. In brand new min condition. I guess you cant listen to everything you here on the internet. Megacameras.com is a great company and I hope they can get some better reviews. If anyone has some review about them please write them. For me I give them my recommendation.

Don't do it!

If you want, at best, weeks of hassle and taking abuse, trying to get your money back go ahead, order from ABCDeal, Megacameras or The Electronics Club. They're all the same people, also trade on Amazon and Ebay, who should both be ashamed of themselves for aiding and abetting fraudsters, they are both just as guilty.

Here's the bandits contact details, I notice that one of the numbers is an 800 number - does that not mean that they have to pay for incoming calls? would that not mean that if lots and lots of people called to complain about them using that number they'd get a huge phone bill?

They do not have a secure (https) checkout. Their Security Certificate expired last year, so they just moved everything to an unsecured (http) checkout. If you have ordered from these guys recently, then your personal information is at risk. They don't answer their phone, and in an attempt to avoid contact, they have not registered their correct contact information with their domain name registrar. Also, they just opened a new site blowoutcameras.com which is a clone of megacameras.com.

TERRIBLE!

The prices looked good so I placed an order for several flash drives. The item was on back-order, so I did not expect quick delivery. However, I got absolutely NO order confirmation other than the immediate one generated on the site itself. I have tried contacting the number listed on their website, but there is nothing but a garbled generic message saying the person at that extension is not available. There is no reply to my e-mail inquiries. The so-called on-line chat has never had anyone available when I clicked on it. The fax number they have listed on their web site is out of service. Sadly, I only found the reviews that are similar to this one after I placed the order. The store appears to have stopped being legitimate, if it ever was. I suspect the positive reviews may not be authentic. SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE.

I only wish I had read this before I ordered!
I was a little leery of ordering from a store I had never heard of, but thought since I had to become a member before ordering, it seemed legit.
My item was on back order, but never showed an expected ship date. I attempted to contact them on-line (the site says operators on-line 24/7)but always got a message they weren't available. I have tried calling several times and get some garbled message I can't understand. I have e-mailed them to cancel my order and have heard nothing. How is it that a company with such bad reviews for several years is still in business--and advertised on FROOGLE?

I ordered a hard to find HP 9680 printer through Megacameras in June of 2006. I had concerns about the order and tried to contact them through email. No response. I tried calling them on the phone. No response. The phone message stated that phone had been disconnected or was out of service. Next day I could not access their website anymore, it was blocked or closed down, while rest of internet functioned fine for me. I quickly called credit card company and cancelled my card to stop any payments being charged on my card. I would stay away from Megacameras...bad bad news.

Website has been down for two days and the phone bounces to a recorder asking about reporting a fire or emergency. Never got the confirmation on my order and it now 7 days. When I looked at the other reviews (unfortunately after I ordered) I can see a pattern. People who have been around prior to May 2006 and have done other reviews tend to report a bad experience.

These Guys are not bad. They treated me very good and I've received my product on time. Give them some credit. They have a lot of good things to buy.

Great customer service. I received the wrong camera the first time round and got a return on it. They sent the second camera immediatly after and everthing looked and worked perfect. They were quite honest with the delivery times so Im going to rate them as excellent.
