(I research EVERYTHING before I buy) I read another reviewer's comments about an awful experience with this company. Although I was hesitant to go ahead and place my order due to this review, I really wanted the elliptical which was on sale at amazon.com. I placed my order on a Tuesday and to my amazement my elliptical just showed up via FedEx about 15 minutes ago on the following FRIDAY. I wasn't expecting it for a couple weeks or so after delivery. I don't know why the other reviewer had such an awful experience but as for me, I am thrilled that my big, 200lb. package arrived in no time, exactly 3 days after placing my order. I'm giving Mercantila five stars and I won't hesitate next time I'm ordering one of their products.

My Husband has had on and off back issues for some time now. We thought it was just the perils of getting older. I don't really remember where we saw the idea for an inversion table, but we thought the idea behind it was good enough to give it a try! I ordered the Stamina Aero Pilates 55-556 on a Sunday and it arrived via Fedex within 5 days.  I would order from Mercantila again.  Had no problems except with FedEx leaving the box on my doorstep in the rain.  The website stated that signature was needed on an order $400 and over.  That didn't happen with FedEx.

I ordered the Bowflex Ultimate XTLU from Mercantila - which was my first experience with them. I was a little unsure at first, being that it was such a high priced item. I'm glad I went with them .. not only were they were on top of correspondence .. shipping is free!! (other companies wanted $199 and up to ship this item) I placed my order late on a Thursday night and Monday morning my Bowflex arrived! I couldn't believe it! I even received all of the boxes, all of the pieces and it included excellent instructions. It took less than 4 hours to put the entire machine together. I wanted a very specific piece of furniture, and I was able to find it at the Mercantila Online Store. From the online purchase to the delivery, the whole process was very smooth and easy. In fact, the chest was delivered earlier than originally estimated! The delivery service even called two weeks in advance of the planned delivery and provided a 4 day window for delivery, and then called the day before to finalize the delivery arrangements. The exact relationship between Mercantilia (middleman) and the retailers (source) is a little fuzzy, especially because you get emails from both once you place your order. Perhaps they could make this a little more transparent. Overall, I highly recommend Mercantilia and the Wine Rack Superstore.

This is an Excelent Quality Product. It was recommended by another Massage theropist, for both it's quality and Price. I was somewhat disapointed that the Color I thought I was purchasing  based on the Picture as lite Blue, insted I received a deep Green color. I hope in the future the Photo Depicts the Item Exactly as it will appear when it arrives. If a color choice is availavle that a pull down color selection should be provided, with any default color. Since My wife is small and need to carry the table I also bought the Roller case to help her transport this table. 35 lbs. is a lot for a littlelady of only 98 Lbs.

I was very satisfied with my purchase of a 6x8 foot rebounding soccer goal.  Shipment was much faster than promised (arrived in 2 days versus 7-9 days promised) even though I selected the base shipping option.  Although I thought the article was rather pricey, it was the best price I could find anywhere and shipping rate was more reasonable than at most of the other sites.  When I ran into a problem with insufficient number of velcro straps I called customer service and they cheerfully sent me some extras -- no charge, no haggling, and they got here within a few days.  What more can you ask for!

I am a medical doctor, retired, and I shop online frequently and volunteer at my local library. The institution needed new bookcases for the children's section, and we found excellent selection of colorful bookcases at Mercantila. We were not able to find similar selection locally, and we were very pleased at the free and prompt shipping. The bookcases arrived 4 days ahead of schedule. The delivery was a bit complicated because the trucking representative was unable to navigate the truck into the delivery driveway behind the library. This was soon resolved. My complaint with Mercantila is they should offer better access to sight impaired customers browsing online. One other volunteer at the library was unable to navigate their site effectively because it did not work well with her speach-assisted browser.  However, I found no troubles (I am sighted).
