The order was delayed over two weeks and the merchant did not contact me regarding the delay. All totaled it was over two weeks before i recieved the merchandise.

Order arrived w/o instruction manual, had to contact 3x before they sent me link to manuf. website to download manual. Didn't return calls for RA# when item needed to be returned due to the inability to interface with our phone system as described. Didn't go as well as hoped...

Searched for item through main console of shopping.yahoo.com. Several others came up, at much higher, borderline ridiculous prices. Went with this one due to price. Not disappointed.

I have been purchasing from metroline direct for a few years. Their products and professionalism is always outstanding. I only have one small problem with their on line services. They give you a web sight to go to, to track your purchase and it never seems to be up and running. it always says sight not available.
