I found their website searching for Polycom Conference Phones on the net. Their prices were better than anyone else and when I called with product questions, I was given exact, competent answers. I bought a "like new" phone for less than half price. They were more helpful than the manufacturer's rep when I called Polycom direct--or at least friendlier.
We are very pleased with the phone. We did want a digital Conference Phone that would interface directly with our phone system, but no such compatible product is manufactured.
We had our phone system company get us a digital-to-analog interface, but even with this addition, the costs for both products totaled less than a brand-new unit.
The "like-new" merchandise arrived in "brand-new" packaging with full warranty and was just beautiful, with clear instructions and ready to go.
We are very satisfied and would recommend Metroline to anyone who needs Conference Phones.
