I received a headset cord that did not work. I called and they sent another. The replacement one does not either. I give up. I'd rather not call a third time. I'd rather tell everyone I know in business not to order from them.

Ordering was easy and product arrived on time. I connected to this vendor through a ad link at pricegrabber and would have preferred they were a member of pricegrabber but otherwise had no complaints what so ever.

Partially my fault as the shipping and billing address were different and they wouldn't approve but they told me to contact AMEX to add shipping as alternate address which I did. The answer me to say that it worked but eventually got tracking info.
I ordered a refurbished phone but it was cosmetically poor. I did not realize that refurbished meant poor cosmetic condition even if it works fine. I took the guts out of their phone and put it in my old phone that was broken, so it looked better and worked the well.
