They were greatI placed order on line for new phone. I then realized I only needed a handset. I was able to call and cacel the first internet order by phone. It was great to speak to someone on the phone.

They did a fine job, however, the product was shipped to my home. That might have been my error, but I have not confirmed the source of the error. None the less, I did receive the product as promised, on time.

They offer good pricing and service on direct purchases. Their repair swap program has some work. They indicated they called me about the delay but none of my call logs show any such call. Not all of the equipment was repaired.
