On 23 November 2007 I purchased a 10 pc Emerilware and a 10" fry pan. Today is December 21, 2007 and it's still not arrive. I'll NEVER use this company even if they were giving away items for FREE.

Website is easy to use. Customer service was outstanding. I received an email advising me that an item was out of stock (even though the website said they had it) and when I called the store, the guy put me on hold and walked out to the warehouse just to make sure. He confirmed it, but then offered to remove an item from a set just to ensure I received one as promised. I will absolutely use these folks again just because of their customer service. By the way, order was shipped next business day as promised and I received it within 2 days with just ground shipping.

On September 8 I ordered 5 Global Knives, a Global Knife Steel, and a Global Knife Case from MetroKitchen. I had absolutely no problems with the order. The order was undamaged and in excellent shape. The order came in 3 days time, which is very quick. The website is also very secure. I had to call them to verify the order I made online and the guy at customer service (I think his name was Ryan) was very nice! After your order has been verified, they give you a ups tracking number so you can see how long it will take to deliver and where it is at. Overall, this is a great website to order your kitchen appliances!
