I received my order confirmation / receipt within a few minutes of submitting my order. I received an email that my order had shipped after UPS had received the billing paperwork. The items are EXACTLY as described.
The website is easy to navigate, and I feel safe using my credit card on their site - the proper safeguards were in place. I'll be shopping there again soon.

I was at first apprehensive ordering from this store. Their price was not the least expensive but they were one of the rated or preferred stores when I signed into the site. After I ordered I checked the reviews and found the last review to be almost a year old. This was of great concern but I had already placed the order. I am pleased to say, I received the product in a reasonable time and it was as advertised. I would not hesitate to order again

I purchased most of my christmas items online this year, almost all of them arrived in good time with no problems except my order from Fragrance Shop. Their site says standard shipping should arrive in 6-9 days. I placed my order 11days ago and it still hasn't shipped. Chistmas eve is 4 days away and only 2 of those days are shipping days. They never contacted me. I had to call them and then they told me they didn't have my item in stock!!!!!!!!! The fine print on their website says that items may or may not be in stock. The bottom line is that they are taking orders for items they dont have!!!!!!! It also says that if you want to Cancel your order to call them and they would check to see if it is an option. They just care about getting your order and your money!!!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

Received my order quickly and it was carefully packed. I believe I got an excellent price because I did a lot of comparison shopping and they had the lowest total price that I could find. The product was new, fresh and in perfect condition. I couldn't wait to try this 24 Faubourg perfume by Hermes which was Diana's favorite.

I ordered a cologne that they showed to be in stock. They waited 5 days to inform me that the cologne was out of stock and my order was cancelled. Wasted my time.

disappoint!!! I've order 2 bottle of perfume but one is wrong. I called to complain but the representative said what I ordered is not available. So, they sent me the another fragrance which is cheaper to me without letting me know at all. They charged me the same. After that I check its website again. The product that is out of stock still shows on the page without informing that it's sold out!

The order was messed up, one item was replaced by another brand and the other item was out of stock. Customer service emailed me saying the item was out of stock, would I like to continue with my order? I replied no, and they went ahead and charged me full price and shipped who-knows-what to me. Right now I am extremely unhappy.
I think the other reviews are fake garbage entered by someone at fragranceshop.com. Buyer beware.
