Ordered a laptop battery. Got it 2 days later and it turns out I ordered the wrong one. Called customer service and got the right battery sent to me overnight with no questions asked. Great service and the price was one of the best I found. Just make sure you check the part number on your current battery before ordering by model. Very satisfied now I think I'm going to order an extra ac adapter.

My notebook is a Gericom from Europe. I couldn't find a battery for it anywhere. MobileTechPower.com has customer service par excellence! They researched the notebook and discovered that it uses a battery that also is used in Uniwill and Sager notebooks. They had the Uniwill and shipped it to me. It works great! They went above and beyond the call. Great service, great product, and the price was very good even though they could have gouged me if they wanted to. My highest possible recommendation.

This is really good retailer.  I found the battery I needed.  The price was very competitive.  I had a question about the specs and the guy on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful.  They shipped it the same day I ordered and I got it 2 days sooner than expected.  I was referred by another satisfied customer and I'm not disappointed.

When my Adapter arrived it was damaged. they immediately re-shipped a replacement. Great service and quick response. All with a low price. They're the best!

Realized late on a Thrusday afternoon that I needed to replace my laptop battery before an overseas trip that I was leaving on Saturday morning for. All the big guys had early shipping cutoff times but I found Mobile TEch Power which is out in California. Placed the order after 6PM EST, confirmed with their customer service and got it the next morning in time for the trip. No problems.

Thought I'd give this new store a try due to it's price. Easy to order from, well organized site and I was able to check on the status of my order. Got the battery I ordered in 2 days with no problems. Will order from them again if I need another battery or an ac adapter.

Their prices were good, but return policy is a rip-off. They charge a fee of $16 per refund, excluding return postage. You better be SURE the item you order is EXACTLY what you want! Buyer beware! They have NO phone number.

Worst ever. Ordered battery that supposed to be in stock on nov.3 on nov 18 i got charged with no shipping info. They have not informed me about the delay or that the item was not in stock. After asking for a order status i did not receive a response. I canceled the order on the 18 because that was ridiculous and still have not seen a refund. BAD company do not get ripped off like me.

Based on their ad, I ordered a brand name laptop battery for $96.45. They advertised a brand name HP/Compaq Laptop battery, Number HSTNN-DB13. They shipped a generic battery which could have been ordered elsewhere on the web for $36.00. I ordered from them and paid more because I wanted a brand name battery.

Delivery speed was great. I received the P/N I ordered except that it didn't match the picture on the website. I thought I was going to receive an L-shaped connector on the AC Adapter (P/N 381090-001) but I received a straight connector. Just sent webmail to them so can't really rate customer service just yet.
