Motosport seems good at a first impression.... until you have to use them for a warranty.I purchased some boots with a one year warranty and contacted Motosport after some of the fabric failed after 3 months of riding. They said to return ...
They are a motorcycle parts website in Portland, Oregon.
I bought some turn signals from them. Put them on and within 24 hours 2 of them had filled with water and one of them had completely come apart. No problem, things like this happen. Contact motosport.com.
This is their response: "Unfortunatly, once the product is mounted and used we can no longer do a return on the item. What you might be able to do is call the manufacture and see if they can supply you with another option."
So they sell bad parts AND wont accept returns!!!! So if you buy from them YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN. BEWARE.
There are many other motorcycle parts websites that support their customers when a product fails, especially so soon after purchase. Choose wisely.
Worst customer service if you have a legit issue by markd2 ,May 22 '09
Worst customer service ever! They shipped a completely different tank than was shown on the website, then despite their published policy, they wouldn't reimburse me for shipping the tank back ($47). I complained and they blamed me for not knowing which tank to buy. Spend your money with a company that will do the right thing, not screw you.
I highly recommend MotoSport.com by pablack ,Jul 18 '07
Motosport.com is an excellent source for ordering dirt bike parts online. Shipping is prompt. You almost never have to contact them to test the customer service because they seem to stay on top of things so well.
Epinions.com periodically updates pricing and product information from third-party sources, so some information may be slightly out-of-date. You should confirm all information before relying on it.
