I ordered clothing that was too small. The person that I bought them for was overseas. When a size check was possible it had gone beyond the short 30 day return date. The company was not reasonable and disallowed the return for credit or refund.

The new look is great and makes it much easier when choosing colors. My daughter loves her pink guayabera from My Cuban Store.com, and we will be sure to shop there again. Shipping was fast, too.

I purchased seven shirts for my wedding. I left them in the packaging so they would not get messed up in the 3-4 weeks between receiving them and using them. A few days before the wedding, I took them to have them pressed. I unwrapped them at the cleaners to find a variety of stains on the shirts! Some looked like brown food stains, others looked like grey grease stains, and yet another was red in color. I called the customer support number, and the man who answered informed me that they knew they had received "defective" shirts. I then spoke to the owner who complained about paying for the "free shipping" I received as a promotion when ordering and then would only rush replacements to me if I paid for all new shirts as well as overnight shipping! The cleaners were not able to remove the stains, and he promised to refund the shirts that were "defective". In so many words, he told me that it was my fault for assuming the shirts were clean and in new condition. Now I just hope he refunds the shirts I'm shipping back as promised.
