As a mother of a son who is growing at an extraordinary rate I did a lot of research trying to find a carrier that he would be in for longer than a couple months and one that would offer great flexibility when it comes to traveling and staying around the house. Once ordered, the carrier came with little delay and after putting it on the first time both my husband and I love it. Great Company. I ordered my ERGO Baby Carrier from My Favorite Baby Carrier, primarily for their 90 day money back guarantee. I own a Kelty frame carrier and wanted to be able to return this if it didn't work out quite right. Product came within 2 days. I am enjoying my ERGO carrier. I have a sore back after giving birth to my second child, and it actually feels better when I am carrying her in it than when I am not. Just as their web site implied, I'm not returning my product! This product is GREAT. I have 2 kids and this carrier is by far the best one I have ever found. I have been using it on my littlest one for 7 months now and I couldn't live without it. I can get all my shopping done with him in it and most of the time he falls asleep. We take short hikes in it and I can walk the dog and have both hands free. Best thing I have ever bought. I received my carrier in less than a week and am happy to say it is great! The seller shipped promptly and carrier arrived quickly. If you are in the market for a baby carrier do the research and see why an Ergo is the best. I have used a front pack, then a sling and now an Ergo. I've had the Ergo for only hours and can say it is so worth the money, my 15 month old is asleep as I write this, and I can do things with both hands. Hurray!

The only critic I might make is the web site can get a little wordy; it's almost too much information for one product.

Impressive, efficient, warm customer service; fast delivery, and wonderful product! Wish our baby would love the Ergo as much as we did and still do. Unfortunately she's a front facing baby and hated being attached facing us, so we had to return the Ergo. We tried several times with no success, so now we're stuck without a good carrier.

I was impressed with the outstanding customer service I recieved from My Favorite Baby Carrier. I got my Ergo Carrier in 4 days from ordering (I think I ordered late Sat. night!). I had difficulties putting in my 6 month old in the back alone, so Jane called me (on vacation, I might add!) and gave me detailed instructions and helpful hints. I have recommended her site to two other moms who's backs are breaking with the bjorn!!!! Excellent customer service!

Thank you for your lightning fast shipping on my Ergo carrier! I have tried every carrier type out there and liked most of them for carrying my son for short amounts of time but never on my back or while doing chores. I also always had a back ache if I carried him too long. Well I am a complete Ergo convert now. I can not believe how easy and comfortable it is to wear my son in it for any length of time. I was able to get my son into the carrier within minutes of opening the box and was so comfortable I vacuumed my whole house! Vacuuming is my least favorite chore and my son always tries to "help" making the process pretty complicated. Not any more. I can vacuum with ease now. Thank you! I can't wait to see how many other ways the Ergo carrier will make my life easier. I only wished I had invested in an Ergo carrier earlier. Thanks again.

This is a great website! Well put together with lots of pictures, and full slide shows to give directions on using the product. Customer service is excellent!! The owner of the website even did some research for me and gave me her opinions on her competitors' products!

I didn't get a confirmation email when I ordered so I had no idea if my order went through or if the carrier was on the way. I received the carrier quickly though - I got it in a few days. Unfortunately, I had to return it because my son hated the carrier. It took 2 emails and 4 days to find out how or where to return the carrier. Then it took 2 more weeks to get my refund.
