They don't sell a lot of products. If you purchase from thier site it is because you have researched the carrier they sell and want to buy one. I am pleased with the service, they called several times to verify my address and responded promptly to my email reply. The carrier was delivered promptly. I like the product. It was worth the cost. They only have the one product, but it was as wonderful as promised. I had the carrier on my back (with the help of my husband) and in use within 10 minutes of it's arrival. I took a long walk with my 17# son and never felt any of the fatigue in my back and neck that I've grown accustomed to. Excellent product and I am recommending it to everyone who is looking for a baby carrier.
