Great customer service up until you buy something. If there is a problem, it takes repeated emails to receive follow up (I am still waiting a week and a half later for any response to my return/exchange question). Emails are obviously not checked frequently. Returns seem to be an issue even though they have a guarantee.

I found the website very informative, which is why I ultimately chose the My Favorite Baby Carrier website to purchase my Ergo Organic Baby Carrier. The whole process was easy, they had in stock what I was looking for, and I was thrilled to actually receive my carrier much faster than I had anticipated. I shopped at this merchant because they offer a 90 day guarantee. I received the item very quickly. The website also has helpfull instructions on how to use the carrier. I am happy with my purchase so I will not need to use the 90 day gurantee but it was nice to know it was available. I would definitely recommend this merchant.

WONDERFUL!!! The website had tons of information, helping me be sure I was choosing a baby carrier that would work for my whole family. The 90-day guarantee meant that I could order with confidence, knowing if my baby didn't like the carrier, I wouldn't lose all the money I'd spent. The carrier arrived very quickly. And I LOVE the product!
I've already recommended the site to one friend, and plan to order again in the future for gifts. I can't say enough good things about the site, the product or my experience.

Item was packaged poorly and the box for the carrier was demolished when I received it. I contacted the seller and they said they were going to send me a new box. I have yet to receive that.
