Thanks so much for all the helpful info on your website and the fast delivery. The only thing I'd like is a confirmation email. I didn't even know if my order was received until I called your 800 number to make sure. The person was very helpful, but it was a waste of both our times if I could have just gotten the confirmation email when I purchased. Other than that, GREAT SERVICE and PRODUCT. Would definitely buy with you again! :)

I really liked their free shipping and generous return policy (within 90 days). It gave me the extra nudge I needed to try this baby carrier. They handled my order very professionally. My only piece of criticism is that their website isn't very professional-looking, a bit unattractive.
