I love, love, love the 90-day money back guarentee and the free shipping. I ordered my product on Friday, didn't expect it to even be shipped until Monday - then to recieve it a few days later. Instead, it was at my door before noon on Monday. Of course, she can't account for quick delivery, but she obviously got my order out the moment it was recieved, and what a difference it made!! In my estimation, she does a good job with her business.

I liked the free shipping of the carrier. It was cheaper than some of the used ones on ebay. They also have a 90 day guarantee. We will use it this August so will see how we like it.
