I did not receive an email confirmation that it was being shipped nor a phone call back when I called to find out if my order had been received. Other than that, the carrier was in good condition as promised.

The product is great. The 90 day money back garuntee is what made me purchase it with this site. However, I did not initially receive my confirmation e-mail, and calling the company to ask that it be sent took some effort. I did end up with my confirmation e-mail, after a conversation with a polite young man, and as I said - the product is great.

Great informative site, VERY fast shipment, and great product. I am still using the infant insert, which works very well. It is hard to see over my daughter, but that is to be expected, and a lot like being pregnant. I have done lots of dishes and cooked many dinners while carrying my daughter, and it is wonderful to be productive and be a mom all at once. Highly recommended.

Excellnt. I know I wouldn't have bought the Ergo if the 90-day return policy wasn't available. It's a lot of money to spend on something you haven't seen in person, and I like that I can return it if I don't like it.
