My Office Items

WOW, I ordered one day and was surprised when I got home at 7:30 pm the next day it had already arrived. Great packaging and FAST!

Item was received and apeared to have water damage in addition to  the item being misrespresented online.  When I contacted the company I was told that I could return the merchandise but that I would have to pay the shipping cost out of pocket and upon reeipt they would refund my credit card.  Only when they refunded my credit card it was less the amount of the original shipping and handling which resulted in my paying the shipping and handling twice. Poor customer service. 

I was happy to find some hard to find colored pencils on this site. I ordered them, I clicked on the little "calculate shipping costs" button, and it said the price, and directly underneath, it said, "Over $50.00, free shipping." It was one of the options. Then, I get to the final screen. It showed a shipping charge of $23.00. Which is ridiculous. Especially since what I was ordering was about $4.00 each. We met the $50.00 requirement, and they wouldnt give us the free shipping.
I wrote a letter to their customer service asking why. They told me and I quote, "You need to take that up with FEDEX. We charge the same as them."
WHAT? I get a smart-aleck blowoff answer from a customer service rep? Dont shop here. They are great if you have no problems. Have an issue tho, and you are in trouble. They simply dont care.

I ordered my items on a Wednesday afternoon, and they arrived on Thursday morning. Absolutely wonderful! Not only that, but they had the best price, by far. And the website is simply awesome. So many helpful tools, organized in an easy to use and intuitive way.

I had a question about an item, so I called them and a real person answered the phone. Gasp! She was even friendly and helpful.

I've not had such a pleasant online shopping experience in quite some time.

This is one of the best online shopping experiences I've ever had. Usually, I check where the internet store is because I always want my purchases yesterday. I didn't do that this time because much of the order was for the new year, two weeks away. All my items arrived today ONE day after I ordered. They provide serious competition to local Office This and Office That stores. They carry a wide selection which is why I was using the web, instead of trying local places that didn't have what I needed.  Ultra-fast delivery, big selection, excellent prices.

Was very pleased with service. Ordered one day and received the next day and did not have to pay anything extra for next day delivery. Also saved a couple dollars from ordering from Discount Office Items. Will use again.

This was my first order and I am very pleased. All items were shipped quickly, were all correct and packaged very well. The delivery time was awesome! I would highly recommend this company and I know I will be back.

Unbelievably fast! I would never have believed that 56 reams of paper could arrive on my doorstep less than 24 hours after placing the order, but My Office Items did it! Order was placed at 1:10 PM on Thursday, UPS tracked it as "out for delivery" at 5:38 AM Friday, and the driver dropped it off at 11:40 AM. In addition, the price was right, the shipping was free, and the product was exactly the same as I would have found at Office Max for a 50% higher price. Couldn't be happier!

Discount Office items is really great I'm very glad I shopped here. I love the free shipping of $50 and over and the customer service was the best! If I couldnt find the right item I just gave them a call and they found me exactly what I was looking for! The best part is that everything is so affordable! This is by far one of the best online shopping I've ever experience!

Superb!!!! I found the items I was looking for (some of which are my faves that can no longer be found in local stores). Their prices are very competitive as well (most being about 25-30% less than better-known office supply stores.  I placed the order and received all the items the next business day- totally blew me away!!  Can't ask for better service!  I thoroughly recommend Discount Office Supplies!!

I ordered a couple of rolls of tape at 4:30pm one day and at 11am the next morning it showed up on the UPS truck.  Amazing.  They have a distribution center about 100 miles from my office as it turns out.  I thought (since they are in WI) that it would be a week before I saw the stuff in CA.

The prices here are also quite good.  I looked at 2-3 other sites before purchasing here.

I order from Discount Office Items weekly and am very satisfied.  I did a cost comparison between DOI and my old supplier, and every item was less at DOI.  I have never received anything damaged, although they do send a lot of boxes (but that has to do with which warehouse the items I order come from).  They send you your invoice IMMEDIATELY which is excellent, and shipping is fast.

Terrible. I received the product damaged and unusable. UPS has refunded them the money and I have yet to receive my refund. Very polite but totally incompetent and possibly fraudulent.

Items ordered Thursday, received Friday in 3 boxes shipped from different locations. Outstanding service. Very competitive prices. I placed a second order on Friday and received today (Monday), again in 3 boxes. Well packaged.
This is really a well coordinated and efficient shopping service.

I ordered a dozen Citrus II air fresheners on Saturday and they were delivered Tuesday morning. They had the cheapest price and shipping was free. They sent emails confirming the order, and then again notifying me when the order was shipped and when they received the final delivery notice from UPS. I'm very impressed.
