I ordered three different items from this company, and they sent me two items, with no explanation of why they did not ship the third item. This item was the 3m 8000 N95 mask. I sent them an e-mail asking the status. No reply. I called the company and was informed they were out of stock, and unknown when they would get any in. I checked their website the next day, and saw they were in stock and the price went up from $11.99 to $16.99. Obviously they are in it for the buck and not customer service. It appears they are taking advantage of the swine flu problem. I have also checked and noticed they are higher in price than other online companies. I do not recommend this company due to higher prices, and poor customer service.

I have ordered from this vendor repeatedly, and have always received my order in a timely fashion as described without damages. They have been my go-to website for allergy and asthma prevention for several years now, and have always surprised me with new types of allergy-prevention supplies. I am glad they test the larger appliances themselves (i.e. air cleaners and dehumidifiers) to prove their effectiveness and durability. I have purchased 2 air cleaners, a dehumidifier, 2 complete sets of dust mite covers covering bedspring to comforter, and several spray cleaners. I will continue to purchase from them in the future, and recommend them to anyone with allergy and asthma problems.

I have returned items purchased at National Allergy Supply
to them following their 60-day money back guarantee. The credit I received was a fraction of amount paid. When I called National Allergy Supply I was told that from 4 items I sent back they have received 2. End of story. To me it looks like dishonest business, which is not worth wasting time on.

Having not read the reviews prior to placing my order, I just received my first order from National Allergy. Today's Saturday, I placed the order on Thursday - fantastic shipping, the items arrived exactly as I ordered. Based on the other reviews on this site, I expect that I will have no problems with the mattress encasing I purchased.
