I was referred to National Allergy by my Allergist 9 years ago. Thanks to your products my allergies are better. I love your dust mite barriers for bedding. Twice I have had problems with the pillow barriers. Once with the tricot coating coming off inside and the other when a pillow barrier came with a defective zipper. In both cases your Customer Service replaced both cases with new ones. Customer Service was extremely nice. Thank you so much for all you do for your customers with allergies. Life is difficult enough with allergies, you make it better!

The only thing that didn't happen exactly as described was that the confirmation I received by email stated that I'd get another message when the order shipped. After a few days when I hadn't gotten any messages, I called and was told it had already shipped via US Postal service. That was fine, but they should either remove that info from the confirmation or actually send a message when the order ships. I don't actually consider this a problem. Otherwise, everything was great.

I found the variety of their bedding covers to be the best and their prices very competetitve. I did however purchase a HEPA filter from ABT electronics for $40 cheaper.
National Allergy has a comprehensive array of allergy items and excellent service. I plan to buy from them again.
