I like doing business with them, except they keep discontining products I like and use and want to use. I don't understand that. I have even called and emailed and ask them to carry a product, they were going to discontinue. The need to carry a large stock of products and put catalogs in asthma and allergy doctor offices, everywhere. I have never seen them here in Indianapolis, IN.
I get them in the mail, because I have ordered from them. But i can't pass them out fast enough. Then when I have showed off my catalogs, someone want me to order something for them, sice they have not before and sometimes they have discontinued it and have a "pitiful' replacement item...

The price is quite high for this item but it is effective so I bought it even though I am retired. It would be nice if they sent coupons to their customers once in a while.
The shipping is what really bothered me. I was going to have to pay $9.99 to ship ONE bottle of liquid. The nice CSR gave me two dollars off the shipping and I was happy.
I'm rating only "good" because of the high prices and the high shipping.
But generally, it makes me made when I have to pay high shipping like that.

I was given the company by my doctor and sent for the items he recommended. Ordering was easy, and the the items came on time. The box was crushed when I received it. Since the items were material nothing was broken, although you could see the contents of the box. You might do better with the packing.

Service was good, but product description wasn't sufficient. It said the vacuum cleaner bags were good for the line of vacuum cleaner I had, and they didn't fit.
