All in all, it was satisfactory. However, the description of the vacuum should have included more detail (re: if a HEPA filter is included with the vacuum/how often the HEPA filters need to be replaced, etc.).

I found most of the items I was looking for online, and did an online order. The merchandise arrived earlier than I expected and in excellent condition. They do not carry the other item I was looking for, an allergen-free body pillow. I mentioned this in the other survey. I will buy again from this company. I did not have to call customer service, so I have no opinion on that service. I never got a chance to track my order as it arrived earlier than I expected.
