The supplies were damaged in shipment by FedEx. FedEx on-line tracking did not inform me of the damaged goods until after it had already returned the items to Duluth. I called and pressed FedEx when the box had sat in the local distribution center for days. They told me it would be delivered. The tracking finally indicated that the box had been delivered Duluth. I was very frustrated with FedEx for their lack of follow-up on my requests to locate the package and it was not until I saw a delivery notice to Duluth on-line that FedEx finally told me that the box had been damaged. That was at least 4 days after they knew it was damaged and was supposed to have been delivered.
Fortunately, when I called NAS about the problem, they immediately found the returned,damaged products and called me back within 30 minutes to let me know that the package had been refilled and was being sent 2-day delivery at no cost to me. I received it within 2 days. I was very pleased and impressed.
I am equally pleased and impressed with the products I have used so far.
NAS responded quickly and appropriately to fix a problem they did not cause. In a time when customer service seems to be a forgotten art and an important part of good business, NAS impressed me and I have already recommended NAS to many of my friends and especially to those friends with allergy difficulties/ sensitivities.

VERY quick to supply my order, but one of my items was the wrong size (I received King sized pillow covers instead of the queen sized ones I ordered). I did not return/exchange them, so I can't say whether or not they would have responded expediently. However, I would definitely use them again as their selection and prices are the best I found and I was not very inconvenienced by the mix up.

I use the catalog to primarily determine which product I want to buy. I do not feel comfortable in using the website for that because I'm not at the point of knowing exactly what I want. I need to look at all of the products to see what I might need, and which of the products in that classification might best meet my need.
If I don't have any questions I prefer to order online because of the combination of being able to take time in filling out my order, having it processed immediately and getting feedback (like when the order ships), and the convenience of being able to order while at my desk during slow times at work.

I found what I needed easily; the website's organization is good. The shopping cart function was pleasant and the delivery was superb. Mine was a very good experience with NAS's online shopping.

Possibly the fastest response of any merchant I have used. Amazing! I don't know how they did it, but this company is certainly well above average. They have a huge inventory and their shipping sets a new standard. I absolutely recommend them!

I did not understand that I needed to write in the comment space to get credit for a coupon for my on line order. It would be nice if the instructions were on the coupon. One phone call is all it took for my coupon to be honored.

It was very easy to place the order and the company has products that cannot be found elsewhere. Another advantage is to receive the informative newsletters upon becoming a customer. It also is a perk to me personally because I live in Georgia and receive my orders very quickley.
