My only complaint was with the shipper (online tracking out of date, would not leave package at door, failed to complete the section on when they would return with another delivery attampt so I could not try to be here for it, and their location is too far for pickup). After I was told via email that I could ask for another delivery method in the future, I was very happy because I am interested in ordering with your company again and did not want to deal with the delivery hassles in the future.

Good selection and prices. Didn't receive 1 item in my order, said it was backordered. The website said it was in stock. After loosing count on the number of rings for customer service someone picked up and was very pleasant and helpful in telling me when I would receive the item. Would purchase from them again.

As usual, National Allergy has the items I need, even the esoteric ones, and at superior prices. The information provided in the website is almost always adequate and sometimes much more. DownsideS: it's relatively difficult to find replacement products (like pre-filters and so on) and some of the support and care documents are only available in .pdf. Still, this is maybe the best single-source provider of allergy products in the US.
