This is a professional operation, not a Mom and Pop type store. You should expect the same level of service as other professional etailers like Amazon.com etc.

It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received the product yet. The status on the web order sheet states that it has been placed. That tells me nothing. It was placed 2/2 and expected to ship Ground shipping.
It seems to be taking too long. I placed another order a week later with another vendor and have already received the merchandise.

Everything I needed was there and reasonably priced. It is very convenient and better than shopping all around locally and not finding what I needed. The selection was extensive and the catalog and website described the products completely.

Ordered Dishwashing liquid noted above. Also ordered free & clear shampoo. All the lids were loose. The inner seal kept the shampoo from leaking. The dish washing liquid's inner seal was broken and it leaked.
