I think they should provide discount incentives in shipping or product price to return customers. However, in all my dealings with them in the past and present they have been courteous and helpful in everyway. They also stand behind their guarantee (in past returns have been easily accepted and exchanged for other merchandise). Pricey but worth it in terms of trustworthiness.

one of the products arrived leaking. I sent them an email to notify them. They immediately arranged to have a replacement sent out. I received it within a few days of notifying them about the leak. I was impressed with the quality of service I received.

This site came docotr recommended so I already trusted it. However, the customer service was phenomenal, the time it took to get my merchandise was FAST and the quality of the merchandise left no doubt in my mind that this is a great company! I found the product I wanted to buy easily on the web site. I received an order confirmation by e-mail immediately and the shipment on time. The shopping experience was very good indeed. Taking this survey became annoying, however. It is annoying, because I have little time and could not submit the form by just writing "Excellent!" Most survey takers would have exited without submitting the survey, but I wanted National Allergy to get my positive feedback. Shopping.com should just accept a short, but positive review, instead of harassing survey takers.

I ordered a mattress cover that was on sale, and received an e-mail that it was no longer available, what would I like to do with my order. I would suggest that the item be taken OFF the website if the order is not going to be honored or an offer to match with something else is not going to be made. Thank you.

Shopping experience was great. FedEx Ground service to my area is horrible. The order rode around on a local truck for 8 days before it was delivered. I'm in an easy to find location. When I received the order, the box was partially crushed. It's not worth the time complaining to FedEx, since I was able to repair the filters myself. Next time I will ask for another shippng method or order elsewhere if not available.
