My shopping experience overall was great (products,ordering, shipping, customer service). My only suggestion is for the vendor to find some way to notify a customer about only about the backorderd items that are being shipped, rather than their entire original order. I had two items (total order of about eight items)that were backordered and when they were ready to be shipped I received what appeared (to me) to be a duplicate e-mail notification for shipping the entire order all over again, rather than just listing the two backordered items that were being shipped. To make sure tt wasn't a duplicate order, I had to call customer service to clarify.

As an asthmatic, National Allergy Supply provides a large berth of products for controlling allergen exposure and asthma management. Their webpage is easy to use and more extensive than their paper catalogue version. They carry many hard-to-find items, which is a big plus.
My purchase was dispatched within 24 hours, and delivery fast.
