I found the bedding covers to be competive however, there were other products such as the humidity/temperature guage that was grossly overpriced.

Everything was fine, except for the order tracking.
The problem with the order tracking is that I didn't
receive shipping notification until after the order
already arrived. Here are 2 adjacent fields from the email
header -- it looks like the mail was stuck for 6 days
on a server:

i received the product before a email went out to tell me when it would get here - which is fine - cuz it got here. however i do not know if it is still in the works to send the filter that was back ordered. i have received no comunication about that. everything else was great - really fast service with the stuff that was in stock - very pleased with that

The only problem was that they said they would send me an email notification when my order shipped, and did not. About a week after I received my shipment, I got an email saying that the item had shipped.

The HEPA Filter was received after 1 week after order. The Dyson Vacuum Cleaner was received after 4 weeks after order. I would not have mind if they have told me ahead of time how long it would take. After 1 week, I called and they say wait for couple more days because it suppose to come directly from the Dyson factory and they have no way to track the shipment. After 3 weeks, I called again and they say they will call the Dyson factory to check. I got the call back later and Dyson haven't even ship it. After 4th weeks, I finally got the Vacuum Cleaner. I think I would not have gotten the Vacuum Cleaner if I haven't call the second time. Overall, I would order from them again for only items they stock.

I HAVEN'T RECIEVED MY ORDER. THEY ARE LOOKING FOR A NEW SUPPLIER. IF I DON'T RECIEVE IT IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF WEEKS I WILL CANCEL THE ORDER.

The website is hard to use--no embedded links to products mentioned in the text. The order was packed sloppily, and the furnace filters arrived slightly bent. I phoned and left a comment; I received a return message, but the representative did not address my comment. I would shop here again, only because prices are lower than elsewhere.

Although I received an order confirmation email,after my order didnt arrive in 2 weeks I made 3 phone calls only to be told that they were attacked by a worm which lost my order! They just said to go on the site and make a new order!! ..I asked the "customer service" rep for an email address of a manager who could expedite my order and was told they didnt have one but they would get back to me about that. (Which they did) But I dont think they are runnning a trustworthy enterprise. I gave them my credit card info, and now they are saying they dont know what happened my order!! They are not ready!

It's been over 2 weeks and I still haven't received the product yet. The status on the web order sheet states that it has been placed. That tells me nothing. It was placed 2/2 and expected to ship Ground shipping.
It seems to be taking too long. I placed another order a week later with another vendor and have already received the merchandise.
