I ordered the stuff online for my sister, and had it shipped to her. Upon completing the order I was advised that it would be delivered in three to five days. Two days later my sister reported that she had received the product. I found the site attractive and easy to use.

I have shopped with you for many years. The quality is excellent not to mention the pleasantness of the employees whenever I have to call for something or some reason. There is no Internet to check, but, that is how I placed my last order. Thanks for such a wonderful place to shop

The price is quite high for this item but it is effective so I bought it even though I am retired. It would be nice if they sent coupons to their customers once in a while.
The shipping is what really bothered me. I was going to have to pay $9.99 to ship ONE bottle of liquid. The nice CSR gave me two dollars off the shipping and I was happy.
I'm rating only "good" because of the high prices and the high shipping.
But generally, it makes me made when I have to pay high shipping like that.

I found the variety of their bedding covers to be the best and their prices very competetitve. I did however purchase a HEPA filter from ABT electronics for $40 cheaper.
National Allergy has a comprehensive array of allergy items and excellent service. I plan to buy from them again.

I was pleased with the product and overall experience. I was frustrated to find out that I could not receive the same special with pillow covering (buy 2 get 3rd free) because I was using on-line purchasing. Most companies prefer on-line purchases and target specials using this method.
