when we first received our air purifier, it did not work on speed 3. Granted, this isn't the vendor's fault, but they did make it right. Marlena was fast at getting Fed Ex back out to return the defective product, and ship a replacement at no charge to us. The new unit works really well. So, initially the purifier did not work correctly, but everything was handled well and the process was expedited wonderfully to correct the issue. This alone will make me shop there again. I've done customer service for 5 years for an international company. It's a tough job, so my hat's off to them!!! Thanks!
