The stupidest thing that came out of our move to New Hampshire and building homes is that there was a condition placed on our approval that we replace trees on our property. In the end, I think they said I had to replant five trees. I live in the ...
Last spring (Spring 2007) I ordered 8 Weeping cherry trees and 25 Oak Leaf Hydrangea from Nature Hills Nursery. When the plants arrived, they did not look very good, but I planted them following the directions that came with the plants. I did ...
Buyer beware! Forest pansy from this company exhibited no growth. Actually delivered dead. And there is a 50% premium charged for a replacement plant, with the possibility of receiving yet another dead plant. Any nursery with an ounce of integrity replaces a plant that dies, typically within one year. Bottom line: Search for a higher caliber nursery in your plant purchases, and one that places a higher value on customer service.
Null customer service and poor quality plants. Total waste of money. by rlpalbion ,Jun 02 '09
Poor customer service and poor quality plants. I ordered bare root plants from this company. One, to my surprise, actually survived but is just holding on. The other never came out of dormancy. They both arrived after 6 days in transit with bone dry roots as they were not given any media to provide moisture while in transit. Though I have tried to get some kind of a response from this company one 3 separate occassions, I have not heard a peep. They do, however, respond to negative feedback on websites. Does this give you an idea of their customer service? Their replacement policy is also a joke. You pay 1/2 of the cost of the replacement plant and the shipping. You are out more on the order than they are. Buyer beware. I would take my business elsewhere.
