I inquired about changing my shipping rate before it was shipped. I was told I could not. I would have to cancel and re order. But by asking for faster delivery, I was told I would not get it any quicker, if I paid extra.

Product was recieved but was delivered to wrong address. Individual who received product was a friend of family thus called me to tell me she had product. Product was delivered to 106 Flax Drive London,Ohio my address 114 Countryridge Lane. London, Ohio. Residences in same neighborhood but wrong street and wrong house number.
