I ordered a costume for Halloween from the Nick Jr. online store the first week of Oct. thinking there was plenty of time for it to arrive. It's now the week before Halloween and I haven't received it. It is supposedly stuck at a sort center in Pennsylvania. I was told by the store's customer service that they could not reship the item. They wouldn't even refund it, until they've determined that it's not going to be found. Today is Oct. 23. It's been sitting in the sort center since Oct. 7th. I have no idea when they will refund my money, and I am now stuck without a costume for my son.
