I placed an order for a clearance item on a Sunday.  I chose the Free Shipping option.  I received an e-mail that it had shipped out on Monday. The item was delivered on Wednesday in perfect condition.  I live fairly close to their location which may explain the very quick shipping, however, the service was perfect and I have no complaints at all.  I would purchase from them again.

Items are sold when they are not in stock. If you are in a hurry be careful. They do not respond very quickly to email and their phone is always on an answering machine.

Although the website indicated the product was available for immediate shipping 12/14, I ordered it and received an e-mail on evening of the 22nd of December that it had been sent,eight days later. This was especially disappointing since it was ordered and requested to be shipped as a gift.There is no response from the customer service via e-mail or phone. The answering machine is full and it appears I'm not the only dissatisfied customer. Run from this one as quick as you can.

The site has helpful product pictures and good sale. The delivery was fast (2 days). I got a 10% coupon code for future purchases.
